'Aquest país no descobert que no deixa tornar...'

Created and directed by Àlex Rigola, Aquest país no descobert que no deixa tornar de les seves fronteres is a show that was created from the will to talk about death and ends up leading to a hymn to life.

Josep Pujol i Andreu, Professor of History of Economics, who died in October 2019, spent the last three months of a chemotherapy session with director Àlex Rigola. They talked about economics, history, philosophy, poetry, their past, their tastes, friendships, love, family ... All this resulted in 180 pages of transcripts that have generated this show.

His daughter, actress Alba Pujol, was also in those conversations, who plays her role in this show with Pep Cruz, giving life to her father. On stage, father and daughter talk about all these issues while preparing the funeral, the burial, saying goodbye and talking bluntly about everything that surrounds death when you have it so close. Catalan language.

At the end of the performance on Saturday, October 31, a discussion will be held with members of the company.
