'Brots'

The company of Toni Albà premieres at the Teatre de Petra this work of black and absurd humor about prohibited laughter, laughter in such little appropriate circumstances as a Mass or a funeral.

Four teachers act as emcees at the funeral tribute which they dedicate to their friend. In the event is scheduled an audiovisual of his creative work, but suddenly, something unexpected triggers laughter and absurdity arises.

Brots  premiered in Barcelona in 2009, is directed by Whatasi Tachi and is a creation of Toni Albà, Fermí Fernandes, Gerard Domenech and Xavier Macaya. The four authors are also the interpreters of the work.
