A small-format musical theater proposal that conveys the anguish, guilt and suffering of its protagonist. Infanticida is an adaptation of the play written in 1898 by the Catalan writer Caterina Albert, known by the pseudonym Víctor Català, with original music by Clara Peya.
It is an interior monologue in verse whose protagonist is Nela, a woman who has been sent to a psychiatric hospital after killing her son. A work full of drama with which she became known as a writer.
With dramaturgy by Marc Rosich, Infanticide is performed by Neus Pàmies Juárez and Gerard Marsal Norte. Catalan language. Not recommended for children under 14 years of age.
