A literary concert that brings us closer to the figure of the Mallorcan orientalist philologist, specialized in Sanskrit, Joan Mascaró i Fornés (Santa Margalida, 1897- Cambridge, 1987) from a selection of texts of his authorship. It is accompanied by music related to biographical episodes, sounds from India, the old English tradition or The Beatles.
Miquel Àngel Torrens (narration), Clàudia Sánchez (oboe), Teresa Lecumberri (clarinet), Pere Dávila and Francesc Vicens (melodic and selection of texts) take part. The concert is part of the events of la Diada de Mallorca 2020.
