International Festival of Classical Theater of Mérida and Teatro del Noctámbulo produce Tito Andrónico, de William Shakespeare, in a version by Nando López and directed by Antonio C. Guijosa.
After ten years of war, Tito Andrónico finally returns to Rome, victorious and with the Gothic queen Tamora and her three offspring as prisoners. After sacrificing, as the sacred rites order, the eldest of them, Tito only aspires to seek tranquility and rest, because under his harsh gesture of a triumphant general lives a man with a soul fatigued by the harshness of the conflict and the early death of most of their children.
However, the calm will not last long: he will immediately be forced to intercede in the political intrigues between Basiano and Saturnino, two brothers who are in conflict over his right to the crown of the Empire. Language: Spanish.
