A mixture of music, theatre and wit, the Mallorcans Wonderbrass present their latest show Divertinaje Reloaded. Its four members , Nestor Casas (trumpet and vocals), Nacho Vegas ( tenor sax , clarinet , guitar , vocals) , Didac Buscató (tuba ) and Jose Luis García (drums ) are great jazz musicians, and their expertise shows on stage.
They use swing, funk and dixieland jazz as vehicles to produce absurd dialogue, like the ones starring a tamer of tubas, a karateka sommelier or a disc jockey gramofonista. The frenetic and dramatic sho, thrives on music, monologues, humor, mime and lots of energy.
The group created in 1999 is part of the circuit of live music venues in Palma, although apart from that numerous performances in the Peninsula, and some abroad as in the International Theatre Festival La Strada Sul Llotja in Sarzana , Italy.
The performance is part of the Comedy Festival which brings to Palma the best comics of the moment by MusiComedy.
