On this food fair that involves agriculture and handcraft, the main feature is the snail. La Colla Caracolera de Sant Jordi cooks on each edition about 200 kilos of this mollusk, mostly gathered from the countryside. There are cooking contests, snail races and a display of tools and antiques.
