Es Baluard hosts this afternoon two shows within the festival Palma amb la Dansa. For one, the company from Barcelona Moñekos presents its latest creation, YI-HA, in what will be its premiere. A story about how two complement each other, one without the other are not, but they kill each other, a with you but without you.
The choreography of its two components, Sarah Anglada and Miguel Fiol, ranges between dance and theater, between humor and surrealism.
The second show is Bird's eye view, a powerful and fierce solo by Italian Simona Bertozzi which chronicles the journey of a lone explorer in a visionary landscape. The artist moves between blades of light evoking images of flight and embodies the physical, funny and fantastic voyage ranging between human and animal states.
